What is Peak Performance?
Peak Performance blends strength, mobility, and explosive power in a way that keeps things challenging and fun.
You'll use progressive overload to gradually increase the weight and intensity and BUILD muscle. Mobility work to help you move better, feel looser, and avoid injury. With plyometrics thrown into the mix, you'll be training for speed, power, and agility.
This isn’t just about getting stronger; it’s about becoming more athletic, more flexible, and more explosive—all while staying balanced and injury-free.

That is why I am SO excited to be able to bring you a program that combines both dynamics body weight exercises through Plyometrics, progressive overload, PLUS my secret sauce… MOBILITY training. That’s right. Mobility is the ability to move your joints and muscles through their full range of motion with control and without pain. I don’t know about you, but that is where it is at.
Every workout is FULLY recorded. This isn’t just a short demo to workout with. When you press play, you workout with me the entire time. We will be virtual workout buddies as I will coach you along every step of the way.

What will I get with Peak Performance?
How many workouts are included?
This is a 6 day a week program. There are 2 full body, an upper body, lower body, two PLYO/lifting splits, and a MOBILITY workout. They are intended to repeat over a period of six weeks. Access to the videos are NOT taken away after the 6 week program, but you have unlimited access to any program that you purchase.
What else comes with the program?
A 6 week devotional series written by Bethany through Psalms 18. It is meant to do 5 days a week over the period of the 6 week workout program. Additionally, you are given a printable PDF of the workout program and progressive overload tracker that you can print off or pull up if you choose.
What makes this program different?
My approach is different. I believe in celebrating every bit of progress as you go. I believe in seeing every workout as an opportunity to do what you can with what you are able. I will encourage you throughout each workout and remind you to that YOU have a good body and it tells an amazing story. God can do in and through you so much more than you can imagine.
Who is Bethany?
Honestly, I’m a lot like you. Over the years, I’ve found myself in many different seasons of fitness. I played college soccer, run full marathons, and then completely transformed my perspective on fitness through a series of years. I had 5 children under 5 years, and two of those kids were twins. I’ve had to learn from the ground up that fitness isn’t one shape for all and we have to be willing to accommodate our own story and journey. I am certified Revelation Wellness Instructor and what that means is that I am more interested in your heart than your fitness ability.
I believe that it truly is possible through the Lord to make changes.
I also believe that we can do hard things, and I want to take you along on that Journey. As a certified Personal Trainer, I believe proper form is EVERYTHING. As we age, our ability to move depends on our strength, mobility, and endurance. I created this program to do just THOSE things.

Fitness has looked different
for you over the years.
Over the years I’ve tried all the things. I’ve been a college soccer play, then transitioned to running marathons until one day I woke up and realized that I needed to heal. I had 5 kids in 5 years and had been breastfeeding or pregnant for 8.5 years straight. What I didn’t need, was just another senseless work. What I did need was work specifically tailored to slow, steady, and consistent progress. I’ve taken what I’ve learned and put it into this program.
As a certified Revelation Wellness instructor I believe in celebrating your body as IS! Knowing that God made you, loves, you and stands with you as you make the necessary changes to your health.
As a certified personal trainer, I believe that proper form trumps all. That is why I have provided modifications for each move. That is also why I am including an entire workout dedicated to MOBILITY training. I want you to SUCCEED!
