If you like switching things up & challenging yourself this program is for you. This program is done in TWO phases, which means you get DOUBLE the workouts. Double glute days, Double leg days, Double upper body days, Double Glute and deep core days, and DOUBLE Tempo and Pyramid Day.
Not only will this program have traditional progressive overload lifting days, but also incorporates tempo pulse days as well as Pyramid workouts which challenge your body in new and exciting ways.

What does this program entail?
What do you get with LOWERBODY powerhouse?
You get TWO phases of workouts. The phases are split into weeks 1, 3, 5 and 2, 4, 6 to keep your body engaged, working, and guessing. In addition to 6 workouts a week that includes glute day, leg day, upper body day, glute accessory and deep core day, pyramid day and Tempo day (both focusing on lower body strength and compound movements), you get 5 core workouts. You get access to 12 FULLY recorded videos meant for you to repeat as you go through the program.
What is included in the Core workouts?
The Core workouts focus on different aspects of Core Strength. Abs, Balance, plank, and Diastasis specific ab workouts that are sure to target your cores and not with traditional crunches. We can work smarter, not harder to strength our core. Modifications are shown for EVERY exercise so you can find something you are comfortable with.
How do I access the videos?
Each video is FULLY recorded, which means you are able to follow along with me every step of the way. You get a login when you order, and use that login in to access your program.
What else comes with Lowerbody Powerhouse?
A 6 week Devotional comes with your program. This is meant to encourage your walk with the Lord as you build and strengthen your physical body. There are 4-5 devotionals meant to do each week of this program as you go through. This devotional is built around Numbers 6:24-25, “The Lord bless you and keep you. The lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord turn his face towards you, and give you rest.”
You also get a written our PDF of the workout program that you can print out and follow along with as well with details written instructions.

If you are anything like me…
You’ve had to learn to adjust your workouts to fit into your life season.
Over the years I’ve tried all the things and I believe in workouts that pack a punch. I have FIVE active kids, and I work a job as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My time is precious and it matters how it is spent.
I’ve been a college soccer play, then transitioned to running marathons but it wasn’t until these last handful of years that I finally got it. After going back to school to become a Certified Personal Trainer, I realized I need to put everything I’ve learned into a program.
I’ve learned how to create workouts that get you the results you WANT, in your home in 30 minutes a day.
The right combination of exercises with a focus on proper form and core engagement is my specialty.
As a certified Revelation Wellness instructor I believe in celebrating your body as IS! Knowing that God made you, loves, you and stands with you as you make the necessary changes to your health.
As a mom, I believe maximizing time and not allowing excuses to dominate our thinking. That is what I can offer you. Lowerbody Powerhouse is an extension of everything I’ve learned on how to grow, cultivate, and develop STRONG glutes and Legs.

I want to help you walk away from the mentality that smaller is better or that you shouldn’t take up space. You have an amazing body, and I want to encourage you to embrace it. No matter where you find yourself, we are going to work to create a joy in movement through the workout videos, as I remind you every single time that you press play that God loves you and you are worth taking care of. You have been prayed for and prayed over as this program was created, and I hope you know that it is possible to find joy in movement. This isn’t a punishment, it is a privilege.






What I know is this….
I don’t have all the time in the world. I am a working mom with a career as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I love what I do. I also have FIVE very active kids that I want to be there for. Not paying attention to my health isn’t an option, it is necessary.
I also know that I don’t want to spent 2 hours a day in the gym. That’s why I have used my education as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified nutrition coach, and Revelation Wellness Instructor to make a program that is do able for you from HOME with only a few pairs of Dumbbells. Together, we can work to get you results, but from a mindset of abundance, rather than of lack. You are precious, and all work is worthy work. So I will walk you through what it looks like to honor the process and work to the very best of YOUR ability.
