Maybe you have spent your entire life feeling less than or trying to be the smallest version you can possibly be.
Maybe you are finding this page feeling defeated, less than, or discouraged with where you are physically.
If that sounds like you, you are in good company. I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize myself after 5 babies, twins, and a C-section.
But, I also know what it looks like to find freedom in movement. I know what it is like to finally celebrate any and all progress. I know the freedom that comes when I see movement as a privilege and not a punishment.
The journey isn’t easy, but ALL work is worth work.
I am a firm believer that you are beautifully and wonderfully created by God who loves you. I believe that as we move, we renew and we change from the inside out.
Yes, I love fitness. I love goals, and I love results. But as we workout we can encourage our heart, minds, and souls and bodies to be the strongest and healthiest we can be.

What is working out with Bethany Like?
Make no mistake, you will make progress. After years of practice and education, my aim is to get you results AT home in 30 minutes a day. All of my workouts are formatted for you to be able to press play and get right to work with only a few sets of dumbbells. That’s it.
While you work to challenge yourself, I will be encouraging and working with you every step of the way. You will be cued physically for proper form, but at the same time reminded of your worth as a child of God. I know what it takes to reach physical goals, but as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked as a therapist for 15 years, I also know how important our thoughts are.
As a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach I bring education and Experience and as a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor, my heart and aim are for your overall wellbeing. To encourage and remind you that God loves you, is with you, and that you can do hard things.

6 week workout plans that includes FULLY recorded 30-40 minute workouts, warmups and cool downs included. Each program is slightly different, but the basis is the same. Intense workout, extreme encouragement, and a load off of your shoulders as you allow me to use my experience to train you for RESULTS. Printable PDF for every program as well.
A Biblical Approach throughout the workout videos:
Each program comes with a devotional to do throughout the program. This devotional is meant to be done every day that you work out to both encourage your spirit and remind you of God's love for you.
Option for water, step, & progressive overload trackers as well as community groups in newest released programs:
Optional Water tracker, steps tracker, meal tracker, and progressive overload tracker, and if a community group is open, accountability with a private group and with me.

I’m different. I believe in cherishing and caring for our bodies AS is. You have a good body and it tells a beautiful story. I want to embrace that and encourage you in every facet and stage of your body to see your value and worth and the IMPORTANCE of caring for your body. Let’s grow into our healthiest versions of ourself! I also want to CHALLENGE you to not be afraid of hard work. Nothing good happens when we play small. As you workout with me, you will also be reminded of God’s goodness and love for and over YOU! I will not leave you high and dry, but will workout with you every single step of the way.
As a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, Sports Nutrition Coach, and a Revelation Wellness Instructor I put together a 6 week Progressive overload and compound movement strength training program. It is time to do things differently, and when you workout with me that is exactly what you get.
As a mom to 5 kids ages 3-9 I the feeling that comes from not recognizing myself in the mirror. I know and understand what it is like to wonder if I’ll ever be able to run again, do a sit up, or even remotely feel like myself physically.
I also believe in challenging ourselves in a manner that both honors the Lord, and encourage US! God can use our workouts to draw us closer to him and to encourage our hearts in what we know is right and good. I won’t let you quit on yourself.
